Information: This complaint form is designed to facilitate the complaint/repair process. It enables the manufacturer to diagnose the problem more quickly so that the product can be repaired and returned to you efficiently or otherwise meet your legitimate demands. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, which is why we do our utmost to meet your requirements and provide you with as much comfort as possible, even in this not-so-good period when a product failure or malfunction has caused you inconvenience. We kindly ask you to fill in all the fields with as much detail as possible and, if available, also with pictures of the installation or product. For example, if you state that a product “does not work”, it is necessary to check all the operating parameters of the device and to eliminate one by one all potential causes of the malfunction. This not only consumes time and resources, but also lengthens the process of repair and handing the product back to the customer. Complaint issues are always regulated by the warranty terms and conditions included in the product’s warranty card; this form is for information purposes only and is an application starting the complaint process.
